The endurance mileage of the vehicle using the warm air function in a low-temperature environment is improved; only a small number of thermostats are arranged, the pipeline design is more reasonable, electrical control is facilitated, and a large number of components do not need to be started when the automobile is standby.
本发明公开了一种燃料电池车用暖风系统,所述暖风系统包括燃料电池电堆、循环水泵,其特征在于,还包括电子节温器、散热器总成、暖风芯体、鼓风机、风暖PTC、膨胀水箱、温度传感器和数据采集及控制单元。本发明的暖风系统可合理选择单独风暖PTC、风暖PTC与暖风芯体联用或者单独暖风芯体为车辆除霜和提供暖风,在不影响燃料电池电堆启动时间且满足车辆对于除霜和暖风需求的前提下,最大程度地利用电堆产生的余热,降低了暖风的能耗,提升了车辆在低温环境下使用暖风功能时的续航里程;仅设置少量节温器,管路设计更加合理,便于电气控制,且在汽车待机时,无需启动大量部件。
