The invention discloses a new energy vehicle air conditioning system which comprises a three-way valve A. The three-way valve A is provided with two air inlet connectors and an air outlet connector, the two air inlet connectors are connected with an air inlet pipe communicated with the outside and an internal circulation air inlet pipe communicated with the interior of a vehicle correspondingly, and the air outlet connector of the three-way valve A is connected with a filter through an air pipe. The filter is connected with a heater adjusting device through an air pipe, the heater adjusting device is connected with an air inlet pump through an air pipe, the air inlet pump is connected with an air conditioner air outlet of an automobile through an air pipe, and the heater adjusting device is used for electrically heating and/or heating air through solar energy. And the battery can be heated under a low-temperature condition, so that the battery is in a proper temperature environment, and the problem that the capacitance of the lithium battery is reduced due to low temperature is avoided.
