The invention discloses a conveying robot and a control device and method for a lifting push rod of the conveying robot, and relates to the technical field of computers. The control device for the lifting push rod of the conveying robot comprises a processor and a mutual exclusion enabling circuit, and the mutual exclusion enabling circuit comprises a mutual exclusion output circuit composed of a first AND gate, a second AND gate and a NOT gate, and a first switching circuit and a second switching circuit which are connected with the mutual exclusion output circuit. And enabling states of an extension control port and a shortening control port of the lifting push rod are controlled through the first switching circuit and the second switching circuit. According to the implementation mode, a mutual exclusion mechanism is added for the extension control port and the shortening control port through a control mechanism for the lifting push rod of the conveying robot, the situation that the extension control port and the shortening control port are enabled at the same time due to program faults, and consequently the lifting push rod faults are caused is avoided, and the reliability of lifting push rod control is improved.
