The invention relates to an anti-reconnaissance radar reconnaissance device and a radar operating procedure with concealment, comprising a radar walking base assembly comprising a base assembly (33) and a support assembly (34) arranged above the base assembly (33); the supporting assembly (34) is rotationally arranged on the bottom assembly (33); the supporting assembly (34) comprises a pitching mechanism and a shielding mechanism arranged on the pitching mechanism. The shielding mechanism comprises a flexible shielding cover (44), two front end hanging lugs (35), two middle C-shaped hooks (36) and a tail assembly. The tail assembly comprises two tail hanging lugs (37). The device is reasonable in design, compact in structure and convenient to use.
