The invention relates to a working valve block and an electro-hydraulic proportional multi-way valve, the working valve block comprises a valve body and a valve rod, and the valve rod is movably arranged in a valve cavity so as to control a main oil inlet channel to communicate with a first oil distribution channel through the valve cavity or communicate with a second oil distribution channel through the valve cavity. The valve body is further provided with a first hydraulic cavity and a second hydraulic cavity, the first hydraulic cavity and the second hydraulic cavity are formed in the two ends of the valve rod respectively, the working valve plate further comprises a first electromagnetic valve and a second electromagnetic valve, the first electromagnetic valve and the second electromagnetic valve are arranged at the two ends of the valve body respectively, and the first electromagnetic valve can communicate with the first hydraulic cavity. And the second electromagnetic valve can be communicated with the second hydraulic cavity so as to control the on-off of the second hydraulic cavity. According to the working valve plate and the electro-hydraulic proportional multi-way valve, the problems that according to an existing working valve plate, a valve rod is pushed to move in a manual mode, so that the operation comfort of the multi-way valve is low, and the control precision and the operation efficiency of the multi-way valve are low are solved.
