The invention provides a seawater lifting system and a lifting speed control method. The seawater lifting system comprises a seawater lifting pipe device, a steel wire rope winch, a cable winch, a locking device, a steel wire rope guide device, a cable guide device and an electric control device. A steel wire rope on the seawater riser device is connected with the steel wire rope winch after passing through the steel wire rope guide device; a submersible pump cable on the seawater riser device is connected with the cable winch; the locking device is arranged on the pile fixing chamber and used for fixing the seawater lifting pipe. The electric control device is connected with the steel wire rope winch, the cable winch, the steel wire rope guiding device and the cable guiding device and monitors the winding and unwinding speed of the steel wire rope guiding device and the cable guiding device so as to adjust and control the output speed of the motor. The stability of long-term operation of the seawater lifting pipe can be guaranteed, a solid guarantee is provided for platform operation, the movement speed of the steel wire rope and the movement speed of the cable can be unified, and the situation that the steel wire rope and the cable are broken due to pulling caused by inconsistent movement speed of the steel wire rope and the cable is avoided.

    本申请提供一种海水提升系统及提升速度控制方法,包括海水提升管装置、钢丝绳绞车、电缆绞车、锁紧装置、钢丝绳导向装置、电缆导向装置以及电控装置;海水提升管装置上的钢丝绳通过钢丝绳导向装置后与钢丝绳绞车连接,海水提升管装置上的潜水泵电缆与电缆绞车连接;锁紧装置设置于固桩室上,用于固定海水提升管;电控装置分别与钢丝绳绞车、电缆绞车、钢丝绳导向装置以及电缆导向装置连接,电控装置监测钢丝绳导向装置和电缆导向装置的收放速度,进而调整控制电机的输出速度。既能保证海水提升管长期作业的稳定性,为平台作业提供坚实保证,也能统一钢丝绳和电缆的运动速度,避免由于钢丝绳和电缆的运动速度不一致所造成的拉扯而发生断裂的情况。
