The embodiment of the invention discloses a lifting appliance unit anti-collision method and system and a crane. The anti-collision method for the lifting appliance unit comprises the steps that in the operation process, a plurality of laser radars installed on the periphery of the lifting appliance unit are used for collecting environment information around the lifting appliance unit; according to the environment information, whether an obstacle exists around the lifting appliance unit or not is determined, and when the obstacle exists, the transverse distance between the obstacle and the lifting appliance unit is determined; and the transverse distance is fed back to a lifting appliance unit control system, so that the lifting appliance unit control system conducts anti-collision control on the lifting appliance unit in the operation process according to the transverse distance. According to the technical scheme in the embodiment of the invention, real-time collision prevention of the lifting appliance unit can be realized.

    本发明实施例中公开了一种吊具单元防撞方法、系统和起重机。其中,吊具单元防撞方法包括:在作业过程中,利用安装在吊具单元外周的多个激光雷达采集吊具单元周围的环境信息;根据所述环境信息,确定所述吊具单元周围是否存在障碍物,并在存在障碍物时,确定所述障碍物与所述吊具单元之间的横向距离;将所述横向距离反馈至一吊具单元控制系统,以使所述吊具单元控制系统根据所述横向距离对作业过程中的所述吊具单元进行防撞控制。本发明实施例中的技术方案能够实现吊具单元的实时防撞。
