The invention relates to an anti-collision lifting appliance. The anti-collision lifting appliance comprises a lifting appliance body used for lifting a vehicle and sensors, wherein when the lifted vehicle is installed on the lifting appliance body, the sensors are installed on anti-collision beams at the head and the tail of the vehicle respectively; when the lifted vehicle is not installed on the lifting appliance body, the sensors are all installed on the lifting appliance body; the sensors can collect information that an obstacle gets close to the vehicle, and transmit the information to adata receiving and sending module; the data receiving and sending module can receive and process the information and then send the information to a main control system; the main control system receives the information and then sends an instruction of stopping running to a motor control module; the motor control module is in control connection with a lifting appliance movement module and controlsthe lifting appliance body to stop all movement; and the lifting appliance movement module is further connected with a brake system, a workpiece lifting system, a locomotive track operation system anda console dispatching system, and used for controlling movement of the lifting appliance body. The lifting appliance disclosed by the invention is high in practicability and convenient to install, and the risk of collision with field operators/objects during operation of the lifting appliance is reduced to a great extent.

    本发明涉及一种能够防碰撞的吊具,包括用于吊运车辆的吊具和传感器,吊具上装有被吊运车辆时,传感器分别安装在车头和车尾的防撞梁上,吊具上未装有被吊运车辆时,传感器均安装在吊具上,传感器能够采集障碍物靠近的信息,并将信息传递给数据收发模块,数据收发模块能够接收信息并进行处理后发送给主控制系统,主控制系统接收信息后向电机控制模块发送停止运行的指令,电机控制模块与吊具运动模块控制连接,控制吊具停止所有运动,吊具运动模块还分别与制动系统、工件提升系统、机车轨道运行系统以及控制台调度系统相连,用于控制吊具的运动。本发明吊具,实用性强、安装方便,很大程度上降低了吊具运行时对现场操作人员/物体碰撞的危险。
