The embodiment of the invention discloses a box stacking method, a box stacking system and a crane. The container stacking method comprises the steps that in the container stacking process, a plurality of laser radars installed on the periphery of a lifting appliance are used for collecting position information of a current container on the lifting appliance and position information of a to-be-stacked lower-layer container; calculating a horizontal offset distance between the current container and the lower-layer container according to the position information; and the horizontal offset distance is fed back to a lifting appliance control system, so that the lifting appliance control system controls the position of the lifting appliance in the box stacking process according to the principle that the horizontal offset distance is smaller than a set distance threshold value. According to the technical scheme in the embodiment of the invention, high-precision box stacking can be realized.
本发明实施例中公开了一种堆箱方法、堆箱系统和起重机。其中,堆箱方法包括:在堆箱过程中,利用安装在吊具外周的多个激光雷达采集吊具上的当前集装箱与待堆叠的下层集装箱的位置信息;根据所述位置信息,计算出所述当前集装箱与所述下层集装箱之间的水平偏移距离;将所述水平偏移距离反馈至一吊具控制系统,以使所述吊具控制系统按照使所述水平偏移距离小于一设定距离阈值的原则对堆箱过程中的所述吊具进行位置控制。本发明实施例中的技术方案能够实现高精度堆箱。
