The invention discloses an aircraft landing gear measurement and control device and a harmfulness evaluation method. The aircraft landing gear measurement and control device comprises an action curve detection system, a stability detection system, a landing gear folding and unfolding control system, an electric control circuit detection system, an appearance defect detection system, a tire pressure detection system, a communication control system, a data analysis and processing system and a remote control terminal. Wherein the action curve detection system, the stability detection system, the undercarriage folding and unfolding control system, the electric control circuit detection system, the appearance defect detection system and the tire pressure detection system realize data interaction with the data processing and analysis system through the communication control system; and the remote control terminal is connected with the communication control system in a wireless mode and is used for controlling the execution process of each system and displaying the state of each system. The invention solves the problem that the aircraft landing gear has faults and damages when being used in an outfield due to the lack of a measurement and control device and a hazard prediction and evaluation method comprehensively aiming at the aircraft landing gear at present.

    本发明公开了一种飞机起落架测控装置及危害性评估方法,包括动作曲线检测系统、平稳度检测系统、起落架收放控制系统、电控电路检测系统、外观缺陷检测系统、胎压检测系统、通讯控制系统、数据分析处理系统、远程控制终端;其中,动作曲线检测系统、平稳度检测系统、起落架收放控制系统、电控电路检测系统、外观缺陷检测系统、胎压检测系统均通过通讯控制系统与数据处理分析系统实现数据交互;远程控制终端通过无线方式与通讯控制系统连接,用于对各系统的执行过程进行操控和状态显示。本发明解决目前缺乏全面针对飞机起落架的测控装置及危害预测评估方法,致使飞机起落架在外场使用时会出现故障和损害的问题。
