The invention provides a tilt rotorcraft, which comprises a power input assembly, a power output assembly and a power output assembly, and the power input assembly comprises a first engine and a second engine; the power output assembly comprises a first rotor wing and a second rotor wing which are opposite in rotation direction; the power transmission assembly comprises a first speed change assembly, a first clutch connected with the first engine and the first speed change assembly, a second speed change assembly, a second clutch connected with the second engine and the second speed change assembly, and an intermediate shaft connected with the first speed change assembly and the second speed change assembly; the first rotor wing is in transmission connection with the first speed change assembly, and the second rotor wing is in transmission connection with the second speed change assembly; the intermediate transmission is arranged on the intermediate shaft; and the rotor wing control assembly is used for controlling the first rotor wing and the second rotor wing to tilt around the axis of the middle shaft. By arranging the middle transmission, the rotor wings are controlled to decelerate.
