The invention relates to a backrest gradient supporting hardness foam structure of an integrated laminar flow ventilation duct. A universal wind collecting and rectifying structure is arranged on the foam B surface; the backrest foam is divided into three hardness areas, namely a first hardness area, a second hardness area and a third hardness area; foam reinforcing ribs with gradually-changed widths are reserved on the foam surface B from the waist to the shoulders, so that gradually-softened hardness support required by the back of the human body from the waist to the shoulders is provided; when the local thickness of the foam is larger than 50 mm, the laminar flow ventilation air channel of the first air collection and rectification structure is provided with an air outlet position structure; when the local thickness of the foam is smaller than 50 mm, the laminar flow ventilation air channel of the second air collection and rectification structure is provided with an air outlet position structure; when the local thickness of the foam is not uniform, the laminar flow ventilation air ducts of the first and second air collection rectification structures are arranged in a mixed manner at the air outlet positions; the air collecting and rectifying structure and the backrest gradually-changing supporting hardness foam structure are arranged and designed in a combined mode, so that a driver and passengers can better perceive the comfort of the ventilation environment.
