The automobile voltage-stabilizing charging system comprises an information acquisition module, an information processing module and an information feedback module, the information acquisition module is used for establishing a power consumption model, and obtaining a primary demand quantity when a user enters a service area on a preset road section and a secondary demand quantity when the user leaves the service area; the information acquisition module is also used for obtaining the preset power supply quantity of the first service area; the information processing module is in communication connection with the information acquisition module, and can determine the actual charging amount of the user according to the primary demand and the preset power supply amount; the information feedback module is in communication connection with the information acquisition module and the information processing module and is used for feeding back the actual charging amount and determining the primary demand quantity and the secondary demand quantity when the user enters the next service area of the preset road section according to the secondary demand quantity; the charging device comprises the charging system.
