The invention provides a full-equation heat flux density measurement and control system and method for an aerospace aircraft test experiment, and relates to the technical field of aircraft testing. The system comprises an extreme thermal field generating device, a thermal parameter measuring device, a test control device and an electric power adjusting device. The method comprises the following steps: S1, constructing a test control equation; s2, determining an enabling coefficient and a radiation coefficient of a test control equation; s3, measuring and controlling the thermal intensity test of the test aircraft based on the test control equation; s4, performing closed-loop control on the heat flow density measurement and control system based on the heat flow density control target value; and S5, carrying out safety control on the thermal intensity test of the test airplane. The method solves the problem that the calculation of the heat flow condition in the existing aerospace aircraft heat intensity test has deviation from the heat flow condition in the real flight state of the aircraft, and has the advantages of accurate calculation and real simulation.

    本发明提供了空天飞机测试实验的全方程热流密度测控系统及测控方法,涉及飞机测试技术领域。系统包括极端热场生成装置、热参量测量装置、试验控制装置、电功率调节装置,方法包括以下步骤:S1、构建试验控制方程;S2、确立试验控制方程的使能系数和辐射系数;S3、基于试验控制方程测控试验飞机热强度试验;S4、基于热流密度控制目标值对热流密度测控系统进行闭环控制;S5、试验飞机热强度试验安全控制。本发明解决了现有的空天飞机热强度测试中的热强度试验对于热流条件的计算与飞机真实飞行状态下的热流条件存在偏差的问题,具有计算精确、模拟真实的优点。
