The invention relates to the field of elevator equipment, in particular to a traction sheave for a titanium steel composite elevator and a production method of the traction sheave. The traction sheave for the titanium-steel composite elevator comprises a traction sheave body and a traction sheave body, the rotating shaft hole is formed in the middle position of the traction wheel body; the blocking groove is formed in the upper end of the rotating shaft hole; the baffles are symmetrically mounted and fixed on the surface of the outer side of the traction wheel body; according to the traction sheave for the titanium steel composite elevator, through the structural improvement design, the traction sheave body is designed to be hexagonal, and six corners exist on the outer side of the traction sheave body; by means of the special structural design, compared with a traditional disc-shaped traction wheel, due to the fact that the traction wheel body in the shape design has the corners, when the traction wheel body rotates to stretch a traction rope, the friction force of the traction wheel body is larger than that of the traditional disc-shaped traction wheel; therefore, it can be guaranteed that the traction rope is not prone to slipping off in the traction process. In addition, due to the design of the shape, a lot of raw materials for producing the traction sheave body can be saved.

    本发明涉及电梯设备领域,具体是一种钛钢复合电梯用的曳引轮及其生产方法;所述钛钢复合电梯用的曳引轮包括:曳引轮本体;转轴孔,开设在曳引轮本体中间位置处;挡槽,设置在转轴孔上端;以及挡板,呈对称安装固定在曳引轮本体外侧表面;所述的钛钢复合电梯用的曳引轮通过结构改进设计,将曳引轮本体设计为六边形,曳引轮本体外侧存在六个拐角;通过这种特殊结构设计,与传统的圆盘状的曳引轮相比,这种形状设计的曳引轮本体由于存在拐角,因此在自身转动对牵引绳实现拉伸作业时,与传统的圆盘状的曳引轮相比,其摩擦力更大,因此能够保证牵引绳在被牵引过程中不易发生滑落;而且设计成这种形状,还能节约不少的曳引轮本体生产原材料。
