An elastic piece is arranged between the side, back on to the guide rail channel, of the fixing block and the caliper body, the side, facing the guide rail channel, of the fixing block is used for abutting against the friction block, and the friction block is in sliding fit with the fixing block in the extending direction of the guide rail channel. The two ends, in the sliding direction, of the friction block abut against the clamp body and the reset mechanism correspondingly, and the reset mechanism is used for resetting sliding of the friction block after the safety clamp is reset.
