A wireless charging device according to an embodiment may improve charging efficiency and heat dissipation characteristics by using a three-dimensional structure in a magnetic portion. In detail, by increasing the thickness of a magnetic portion in the vicinity of a coil portion where electromagnetic energy is concentrated during wireless charging, and reducing the thickness of the center of the magnetic portion where the electromagnetic energy density is relatively low, wireless charging efficiency may be increased, and heat generated from the magnetic portion may be reduced. Therefore, the wireless charging device can be effectively used for a mobile tool, such as an electric vehicle, which requires large amount of energy transmission between the transmitter and the receiver.
