According to the invention, the target vehicle is classified, identified and timed, and the parking fee corresponding to the to-be-parked vehicle is generated based on the vehicle type and the parking time corresponding to the to-be-parked vehicle, so that the problem of inaccurate recording of the parking time of the vehicle in the prior art is effectively solved; the accuracy of recording the parking starting time and the parking ending time of the vehicle is greatly improved, errors caused by a manual registration mode are avoided, targeted management of roadside vehicle parking fees is achieved, and meanwhile the reasonability of roadside parking vehicle charging is ensured.
