The invention discloses a condensate film observation system and method under space microgravity. The system comprises a liquid storage tank, an electromagnetic valve, a peristaltic pump, a flow meter, a steam generator, a condensation chamber and the like. The method comprises the following steps: determining the power of a peristaltic pump according to a medium mass flow rate required by a system and realizing power control; setting an accurate value of the flowmeter according to the medium flow rate required by the system and realizing negative feedback regulation; the power of the steam generator is determined according to the steam quantity required by the system, and the power output of the steam generator is controlled by the temperature controller; determining the temperature of the chilled water according to the surface supercooling degree required by the experiment and determining the flowing mechanism of the chilled water; determining the pressure change of the chamber according to the pressure sensor; and the surface heat exchange coefficient is calculated according to the thermocouple temperature measurement points. A system self-circulation loop is provided for observation of the condensate liquid film under the space microgravity, the control system comprehensively coordinates and controls the whole system, it is ensured that the system always operates on a designed working condition point, and the purpose of liquid film observation operation under the microgravity is achieved.

    一种空间微重力下冷凝液膜观测系统及方法,系统包括储液罐、电磁阀、蠕动泵、流量计、蒸汽发生器、冷凝腔室等。方法包括:根据系统所需介质质量流率确定蠕动泵功率并实现功率控制;根据系统所需介质流率设定流量计准确值并实现负反馈调节;根据系统所需蒸汽量确定蒸汽发生器的功率并利用温控器控制蒸汽发生器的功率输出;根据实验所需表面过冷度确定冷冻水温度并确定冷冻水的流动机制;根据压力传感器确定腔室的压力变化;根据热电偶测温点计算得出表面的换热系数。本发明针对空间微重力下冷凝液膜的观测提出了一种系统自循环回路,控制系统对整个系统全面协调控制,确保系统始终运行在设计的工况点上,达到微重力下液膜观测运行的目的。
