The invention discloses a wind power blade front and rear edge cutting-free and anti-slip blade body demolding support rod device which comprises a lifting point component, a support rod, a lower lifting belt, two upper lifting belts and two rotating mechanisms, and the two rotating mechanisms are rotatably connected to the two ends of the support rod. The two ends of the lower lifting belt are connected to the two rotating mechanisms respectively, the lower lifting belt is located below the supporting rod and used for supporting the bottom face of a blade, the lifting point component is located above the supporting rod and connected with a traveling crane, one ends of the two upper lifting belts are connected to the lifting point component, and the other ends of the two upper lifting belts are connected to the lower lifting belt. The other ends of the two upper hanging belts are connected to the two rotating mechanisms respectively. The lower lifting belt, the two upper lifting belts, the rotating mechanism and the supporting rod are used for bearing decomposition of force during lifting, the risk that the blade body demolding supporting rod device slips to damage the blade is effectively avoided, and the stability of the blade is guaranteed; and meanwhile, cutting-free demolding of the blade is achieved, and the working efficiency is greatly improved.

    本发明公开了一种风电叶片前后缘免切割及防滑脱的叶身脱模撑杆装置,其包括吊点部件、撑杆、下部吊带、两个上部吊带和两个旋转机构,两个所述旋转机构可转动地连接于所述撑杆的两端,所述下部吊带的两端分别连接于两个所述旋转机构,所述下部吊带位于所述撑杆的下方并用于托住叶片的底面,所述吊点部件位于所述撑杆的上方并与行车相连接,两个所述上部吊带的一端均连接于所述吊点部件,两个所述上部吊带的另一端分别连接于两个所述旋转机构。通过下部吊带、两个上部吊带、旋转机构以及撑杆来承担起吊时力的分解,有效避免了叶身脱模撑杆装置的滑脱而损伤叶片的风险,保证叶片稳定;同时,实现叶片的免切割脱模,大大提高了工作效率。
