The invention relates to the field of traction machine equipment, in particular to an inner rotor permanent magnet synchronous gearless traction machine base and an installation method thereof. The inner rotor permanent magnet synchronous gearless traction machine base comprises a traction machine body and a machine base body, fixing frames are arranged on the left side and the right side of the lower end of the traction machine body, and base plates are fixedly installed at the lower ends of the fixing frames; a rubber plate is arranged at the upper end of the sliding plate, and the lower end of the base plate is fixedly arranged at the upper end of the rubber plate through a locking assembly; a lifting assembly is arranged at the lower end of the sliding plate and installed on a base, and the base is arranged at the lower end of the machine base body. When the inner rotor permanent magnet synchronous gearless traction machine base is used, the height position of the traction machine body fixedly installed on the sliding plate can be accurately adjusted through the arranged lifting assembly, and due to the fact that the lifting assembly is manually controlled, the lifting speed is low and can be easily controlled; and an operator can conveniently and accurately adjust the height of the traction machine body.

    本发明涉及曳引机设备领域,具体是内转子永磁同步无齿轮曳引机机座及其安装方法;所述内转子永磁同步无齿轮曳引机机座包括:曳引机本体以及机座本体,所述曳引机本体下端左右两侧设有固定架,固定架下端安装固定有垫板;所述机座本体上端滑动安装有滑板,滑板上端设有橡胶板,垫板下端通过锁紧组件安装固定在橡胶板上端;所述滑板下端设有升降组件,升降组件安装在底座上,底座设置在机座本体下端;所述的内转子永磁同步无齿轮曳引机机座在使用时,通过设置的升降组件能够实现对滑板上安装固定的曳引机本体实现高度位置精准的调整,而且升降组件由于是通过手动控制,因此升降速度较慢可以轻易实现掌控,便于作业者精准调整好曳引机本体的高度。
