The invention belongs to the field of offshore wind power, and provides a novel offshore floating type wind power platform deck mounting process which comprises the following steps: manufacturing a jig frame; lines used for positioning and measuring on the jig frame are marked on the ground; constructing a deck section; the deck sections are assembled into a deck block in sequence; mounting a lifting lug on the deck block; a temporary supporting platform is installed on the jig frame; the deck block is hoisted to the temporary supporting platform through the lifting lugs and is in butt joint with the jig frame; the deck block is connected with a folding seam of the jig frame through a folding section; and the temporary supporting platform is dismantled. The temporary supporting platform is installed on the jig frame, and the deck block is carried through the temporary supporting platform, so that sealing welding of the closure seam is safer, the operation risk is reduced, the construction period is shortened, and the construction cost is reduced.
