The invention relates to an overwater photovoltaic auxiliary positioning device, in particular to a device for improving the underwater positioning precision of an anchoring block for limiting an overwater photovoltaic module, which comprises a floating platform for carrying people, and a laser ranging device for measuring the distance between the floating platform and a water bank is mounted on the floating platform. The floating platform is further provided with a floating platform anchor rope winding and unwinding device used for positioning the floating platform, and the floating platform is provided with a paying-off device used for vertically placing a photovoltaic anchor rope on the floating platform.
