The invention relates to a method for adjusting a speed (v) during a parking process of a vehicle (1), in which a distance (sdist) of the vehicle (1) from an end point of a trajectory (T) defining the parking process is sensed, in which the vehicle (1) is stationary at the end point of the trajectory (T), and in which an actual speed (vist) of the vehicle (1) is sensed, in which the actual speed (vist) of the vehicle (1) is not stationary at the end point of the trajectory (T). The distance (sdist) and the actual speed (vist) are processed in a control device (15), and wherein a desired speed (vsoll) of the vehicle (1) is specified along the trajectory (T), and wherein the control device (15) actuates a drive device (21) and/or a brake device (22) of the vehicle (1) in order to at least indirectly follow the desired speed (vsoll). The invention also relates to a computer program product, a control device and a drive train for an electric vehicle.
