The present disclosure relates to a sensor cleaning device (1) for cleaning an external vehicle sensor device from above, the sensor cleaning device comprising: a liquid inlet (10) for receiving a pressurized liquid; first and second liquid inlets (11, 12) for discharging pressurized liquid received from the liquid inlet (10); a chamber (13) for a pressurized liquid fluidly connecting the liquid inlet (10) with the first and second liquid outlets (11, 12), where each of the first and second liquid outlets has a width and a length, where the length extends in a length direction (L1, L2) and the width extends in a width direction (w1, w2), where the width extends in a width direction (w1, w2), where the width extends in a width direction (w1, w2). The length direction is perpendicular to the width direction, and wherein the first and second liquid outlets (11, 12) are configured such that pressurized liquid is discharged transversely through a cross-section defined by the width direction and the length direction, and wherein the length is greater than the width for each of the first and second liquid outlets, and wherein the first and second liquid outlets (11, 12) are configured such that the pressurized liquid is discharged transversely through a cross-section defined by the width direction and the length direction. The first and second linear liquid outlets (11, 12) are configured so as to form first and second linear liquid outlets (11, 12), and the first and second linear liquid outlets (11, 12) are further configured, during use, to cause pressurized liquid discharged therefrom to collide with each other, thereby forming a resulting liquid curtain (LS).
