The present invention relates to an aircraft door damping adjustment device, and more particularly, to an adjustment device used in an aircraft door damper for adjusting the opening/closing time of an aircraft door. An aircraft door damping adjustment device according to an embodiment of the present invention may comprise a bypass valve, and the bypass valve may comprise: a valve housing having a hollow oil flow path through which oil flowing in from a hydraulic cylinder flows; and an opening and closing part which is inserted into the oil flow path of the valve housing and opens and closes the oil flow path in accordance with the flow of oil.
