The invention discloses a forklift portal frame inclination control system which comprises a frame, an inner portal frame and an outer portal frame, the inner portal frame and the outer portal frame are arranged on the frame, the outer portal frame is connected with the inner portal frame in a sliding mode, an inclination oil cylinder is arranged on the frame, the inner portal frame is connected with a lifting height sensor, the outer portal frame is connected with an outer portal frame position sensor, and the inclination oil cylinder is connected with a hydraulic oil way. The hydraulic oil way comprises a gear pump, an oil outlet of the gear pump communicates with the tilting oil cylinder through a reversing valve, the gear pump is in power connection with an oil pump motor, the oil pump motor is connected with an oil pump motor controller, and the reversing valve is connected with a portal forward tilting switch and a portal backward tilting switch. The inclined in-place buffering of the portal frame is realized, and the inclined in-place impact of the portal frame is reduced; a lifting height sensor is adopted to detect the lifting height of the portal frame in real time and control the inclination speed of the portal frame; and during low lifting, the inclination speed is high, the efficiency is high, and during high lifting, the inclination speed is low, the swing of the portal frame is small, and the safety is high.

    本发明公开了一种叉车门架倾斜控制系统,包括车架以及设置于车架上的内门架、外门架,外门架与内门架滑动连接,车架上设有倾斜油缸,内门架连接有起升高度传感器,外门架连接有外门架位置传感器,倾斜油缸连接有液压油路;液压油路包括齿轮泵,齿轮泵的出油口通过换向阀与倾斜油缸连通,齿轮泵与油泵电机动力连接,油泵电机连接有油泵电机控制器,换向阀连接有门架前倾开关、门架后仰开关,本申请采用倾斜位置传感器实时检测门架位置,实现门架倾斜到位缓冲,减小门架倾斜到位冲击;采用起升高度传感器实时检测门架起升高度,控制门架倾斜速度;实现低起升时,倾斜速度大,效率高,高起升时,倾斜速度小,门架晃动小,安全性高。
