The invention provides a bionic fish driving structure which comprises a swing mechanism, a connecting piece and a tail fin, the swing mechanism comprises at least two swing pieces which are sequentially and rotatably connected end to end, the connecting piece is rotatably connected with the swing piece located at the tail, and the tail fin is installed at the end, away from the swing mechanism, of the connecting piece. A locking mechanism used for being connected with a traction rope is arranged on the swing piece and/or the connecting piece. The traction rope provides power to drive the swing mechanism and/or the tail fin to swing so as to achieve swimming of the bionic fish, and by means of the bionic fish driving structure, a rubber sleeve does not need to be wrapped outside the swing mechanism so that the whole fish body can swing in the rubber sleeve. The technical problem that the bionic fish cannot continuously work for a long time in a deepwater high-pressure environment can be solved.
