The steel consumption of the floating foundation can be effectively reduced, the economical efficiency of the floating foundation is improved, meanwhile, the movement performance of the floating foundation can be effectively improved, the power generation efficiency of a draught fan is guaranteed, and the floating foundation can be widely applied to the technical fields of wind power generation and ocean engineering.
