The invention provides a multi-stage hydraulic drive and electromagnetic lock control high-speed train wind resistance braking device and a working method thereof. The device is an external wind resistance braking device installed on the outer side of the top of a train or a built-in wind resistance braking device installed in the top of the train. The device comprises two wind resistance braking units, a driving mechanism is connected with a wind resistance plate through an unlocking mechanism and drives the wind resistance plate to rotate to achieve opening and closing of the wind resistance plate, the wind resistance plate is connected with a guide rail mechanism, and the wind resistance plate moves on the guide rail mechanism while rotating; the opening directions of braking of the two wind resistance plates are opposite, one of the wind resistance plates is opened according to the braking direction during braking, and the device can brake no matter which direction the train runs. Braking force is composed of pneumatic resistance, pollution is not generated, additional energy consumption is avoided, the structure is compact, installation and maintenance are easy and convenient, needed braking force can be provided during service braking, necessary assistance can be provided during emergency braking, and the defects of an existing high-speed train wind-resistant braking device are overcome.

    本发明提供一种多级液压驱动及电磁锁控制的高速列车风阻制动装置及其工作方法,装置为安装于列车顶部外侧的外置式风阻制动装置或安装于列车车顶内部的内置式风阻制动装置。装置包括两个风阻制动单元,驱动机构通过开锁机构与风阻板相连,驱动风阻板转动实现风阻板的开启和关闭,风阻板与导轨机构相连,风阻板转动的同时在导轨机构上移动;两块风阻板制动的开启方向相反,制动时根据制动方向开启其中一块风阻板,可实现列车无论向哪个方向行驶装置均可制动。本发明制动力由气动阻力组成,不产生污染,不额外消耗能源,结构紧凑、安装与维护简便,可在常用制动时提供所需制动力,紧急制动时提供必要辅助,解决现有高速列车风挡风阻制动装置的不足。
