The invention discloses a brake system of a direct-drive electric engineering vehicle and a control method thereof.The brake system comprises a drive axle, a drive motor and a hydraulic brake system, the hydraulic brake system comprises brake calipers, a brake pedal, a hydraulic brake valve and an energy accumulator, the brake calipers are installed on the drive axle, and the brake pedal is installed on the drive axle; the energy accumulator is connected with the brake calipers through the hydraulic brake valve, and the brake pedal controls on-off of the hydraulic brake valve. The drive motor is connected with the input end of the drive axle, and the drive motor is a motor generator. The invention has the following beneficial effects: the drive motor is directly connected with the drive axle to improve the transmission efficiency, the drive motor is a motor generator and can realize the braking of the whole machine and the recovery of the braking energy in the braking working condition, and the energy consumption of the whole machine is reduced; under the condition that existing operation habits are met, an automatic braking scheme is added, and the intelligent degree of the braking system is improved.

    本发明公开了一种直驱式电动工程车辆的制动系统及其控制方法,包括驱动桥、驱动电机和液压制动系统,所述液压制动系统包括制动卡钳、制动踏板、液压制动阀和蓄能器,所述制动卡钳安装在驱动桥上,所述蓄能器通过液压制动阀与制动卡钳连接,所述制动踏板控制液压制动阀的通断;所述驱动电机与驱动桥的输入端连接,所述驱动电机为电动发电机。有益效果:本发明通过驱动电机直接与驱动桥连接方式提高传动效率,所述驱动电机为电动发电机在制动工况时可以实现整机的制动和制动能量的回收,降低了整机的能耗;在满足现有操作习惯的情况下,增加了自动制动方案,提高了制动系统的智能化程度。
