The force of the heavy object can drive the rotating disc to rotate rapidly, at the moment, the centrifugal force is large, then the multiple sets of top blocks are unfolded and clamped in the limiting grooves, the rotating disc does not rotate any more, locking is conducted, rotation is not conducted any more, and the situation that the heavy object falls off is effectively prevented.
