The invention provides a wide-body ultra-long asymmetric beam section component hoisting distribution beam device which comprises a longitudinal hoisting main beam, one end of a steel wire rope is connected with the longitudinal hoisting main beam, the other end of the steel wire rope is connected with a hoisting instrument, a plurality of transverse secondary distribution beams are connected below the longitudinal hoisting main beam, the transverse secondary distribution beams are connected with rigging, and the rigging is connected with a lifting lug. And the lifting lug is connected with a lifting object. Based on a plurality of mounting holes below the transverse secondary distribution beam, the position of the transverse secondary distribution beam can be reasonably adjusted according to the position of a lifting lug of a lifted object, and the gravity center of the component corresponds to the center of the transverse secondary distribution beam, so that the horizontal lifting of the component can be ensured, namely the safety and the stability in the lifting process are ensured. By means of the method, deformation of the component in the hoisting process can be avoided, the problem of permanent structure damage caused by structural stress concentration is avoided, and the overall structural quality of the component is effectively guaranteed.

    本发明提供了一种宽体超长非对称式梁段构件吊装分配梁装置,包括纵向吊装主梁,钢丝绳一端与纵向吊装主梁连接,另一端与吊装器械连接,纵向吊装主梁下方连接有多个横向次级分配梁横向次级分配梁与索具连接,索具与吊耳连接,吊耳与吊物连接。发明基于横向次级分配梁下方的多个安装孔,可根据吊物的吊耳位置合理调整横向次级分配梁的位置,将构件重心与横向次级分配梁的中心对应,即可保证构件的水平吊装,即保证吊装过程的安全性和稳定性。使用本发明能够避免构件在吊装过程中的形变,避免因结构应力集中导致的永久结构损坏问题,有效保证构件整体结构质量。
