The invention provides a stepless adjustment telescopic hoisting distribution beam device which comprises a hoisting main beam, two box-type secondary beams are symmetrically installed in the hoisting main beam, and the two box-type secondary beams are fixed through pin shafts and can horizontally stretch out and draw back in the hoisting main beam, so that the stepless adjustment telescopic hoisting distribution beam device can be suitable for hoisting operation of components with different lengths, the application range is wider, and the hoisting efficiency is improved. And meanwhile, due to the telescopic structure, the transportation and storage space can be saved. The upper part of the hoisting main beam is connected with a plurality of hoisting steel wire ropes, the lower part of the hoisting main beam and the lower part of the box type secondary beam are connected with rigging, the rigging is connected with a lifting lug, and the lifting lug is connected with a hoisting object lifting lug on a to-be-hoisted hoisting object; by means of the lifting sling, horizontal rotation of a lifted object in the lifting process can be avoided, reasonable stress of a component in the lifting process can be guaranteed, and the mounting position of the lifting sling can be reasonably selected according to the gravity center of the irregular super-long component and the position of a lifting lug of the lifted object.

    本发明提供了一种无级调整可伸缩式吊装分配梁装置,包括吊装主梁,吊装主梁内对称安装有两根箱型次梁,两根箱型次梁通过销轴固定并且可在吊装主梁内水平伸缩移动,使得本发明可适用于不同长度的构件的吊装作业,应用范围更广,使用更加灵活方便,同时,可伸缩式的结构还能有助于节约运输存储空间。吊装主梁上部连接有多根吊装用钢丝绳,吊装主梁下部、箱型次梁下部均连接有索具,索具与吊耳连接,吊耳与待吊装的吊物上的吊物吊耳连接;使用本发明能够避免吊物在吊装过程中出现水平转动,可保证构件在吊装过程中的合理受力,可根据不规则超长构件的重心以及吊物吊耳位置,合理选择吊索具安装位置。
