The invention discloses a flexible telescopic extension mechanism of a folding wing, and relates to the technical field of unmanned aerial vehicles. Comprising a control panel, an electric telescopic motor, an air pump, internal and external pressure sensors, wing ribs and a flexible skin. The electric telescopic motor and the air pump are arranged at one end close to the fuselage folding aluminum alloy side by side; the electric telescopic motor is connected with the inner side wing main beam and is used for driving the telescopic extension mechanism to extend and contract; the air pump is connected with the inner side wing auxiliary beam and used for maintaining the air pressure in the outer side wing; the wing can stretch out and draw back by driving the telescopic motor through the control panel, and the wing rib and flexible skin bonding mode is designed, so that the wing rib translates in the wingspan direction; the wing ribs are arranged at equal intervals, the original width of each section of flexible skin is the same, and overall coordination of the telescopic mechanism is guaranteed. The internal and external pressure sensor is responsible for monitoring internal and external air pressure, and then the air pump is used for adjusting the internal pressure of the telescopic wing. The device has the advantages of being simple in structure, light in weight and small in occupied space.

    本发明公开一种折叠机翼的柔性可伸缩扩展机构,涉及无人机技术领域;包括控制板、电动伸缩电机、气泵、内外压强传感器、翼肋和柔性蒙皮。电动伸缩电机、气泵并排布置在靠近机身折叠铝合金的一端;电动伸缩电机和内侧机翼主梁相连接,用于驱动可伸缩扩展机构延展收缩运动;气泵与内侧机翼副梁相连接,用于维持外侧机翼内部气压;利用控制板驱动伸缩电机即能实现机翼的伸缩,并设计翼肋与柔性蒙皮粘接方式使翼肋沿翼展方向做平动;翼肋之间等距排列,每一段柔性蒙皮原始宽度相同,保证伸缩机构整体协调。内外压强传感器负责监测内部与外部气压,进而利用气泵调节伸缩机翼内部压强。本发明具有结构简单、重量轻、所占空间小的优点。
