A battery changing bracket for an electric automobile relates to the technology of quickly changing power batteries in the field of energy complementation of the electric automobile, and is mainly structurally characterized in that the bracket is a square or rectangular bracket formed by combining two (more than two) longitudinal beams and two (more than two) cross beams; wherein the longitudinal beam is provided with a bearing roller, a positioning mounting hole for arranging a power battery box and a reinforcing vertical plate, the reinforcing vertical plate is provided with a fixed battery box, one end of the bracket is provided with a longitudinal positioning pin and an electric appliance connector, and the other end of the bracket is provided with a transverse positioning pin hole and a handle for pushing and pulling a force applying point of the bracket. According to the battery replacing bracket for the electric vehicle, through the structural design that the longitudinal positioning pin is installed at one end of the bracket and the reinforcing vertical plate is installed on the longitudinal beam, two sets of methods capable of compositely relieving the damage influence of the stress of a chassis of the whole vehicle on a battery box are achieved, and the whole-box type quick battery replacing of the small electric vehicle can be achieved; and a large-scale electric vehicle can also realize whole-box type rapid battery replacement.

    一种电动汽车换电托架,涉及电动汽车补能领域的快速更换动力电池技术,其结构主要特征是:托架是由两个(含两个以上)纵梁与两个(含两个以上)的横梁组合成方形或长方形的一个托架,其中纵梁上安装有承重滚轮和用以布置动力电池箱的定位安装孔及加强立板,加强立板上安装固定电池箱,托架的一端安装有纵向的定位销和电器连接器,托架的另一端安装有横向的定位销孔和推拉托架用力点的把手。本发明所提供的一种电动汽车换电托架,通过托架的一端安装有纵向的定位销、纵梁上安装的加强立板的结构设计,实现了两套可复合缓解整车底盘应力对电池箱产生损伤影响的方法,不仅可以小型电动汽车整箱式快速换电,更可以使大型电动汽车也能实现整箱式快速换电。
