A safety auxiliary early warning method based on cooperative lane changing comprises the following steps that S1, a steering lamp is turned on by a main vehicle HV, and it is indicated that a vehicle has the driving intention of lane changing; s2, the main vehicle obtains information of surrounding networked vehicles, screens out surrounding target vehicles according to directions, and establishes a main vehicle edge model according to self collection information and calibration information; s3, calibrating and calculating left and right blind area ranges according to the vehicle size of the main vehicle; and S4, whether the target vehicle enters the blind area range or not is detected, and if a vehicle enters the blind area range, an early warning prompt is sent to a driver to pay attention to a rear vehicle. According to the method, the state of the vehicle in the blind area can be detected in real time when the vehicle needs to change lanes, the edge information and state information of the vehicle can be accurately obtained, good accuracy is provided for vehicle lane change early warning, meanwhile, the information is fed back to the target vehicle in a vehicle-vehicle cooperation mode, and the comfort and safety of lane change are improved.
