The invention discloses a flexible friction nano sensor and an intelligent steering wheel based on flexible tactile perception. The flexible friction nano sensor comprises an adhesion layer, a microstructure layer, a friction layer, an electrode layer and a lower substrate layer which are arranged from top to bottom. The lower substrate layer is a polydimethylsiloxane thin film layer, and the electrode layer is fixedly connected to the upper part of the lower substrate layer; the electrode layer comprises an electrode template, and a silver nanostructure is arranged on the upper end surface of the electrode template; the friction layer is a wear-resistant polyimide material layer and is fixedly connected to the upper part of the electrode template, and the lower end surface of the friction layer is in contact with the silver nanostructure; the microstructure layer is formed by arranging a plurality of micro-cone structures which are arranged at intervals; the adhesive layer is a circle of polyvinyl alcohol material layer fixedly connected to the peripheral edge of the upper end face of the microstructure layer. The tactile perception concept is integrated into the use of the steering wheel, and the state of a driver is judged through pressure perception and the triboelectric effect, so that tactile guidance can be provided for the driver, and the driver is assisted in operation.

    本发明公开了一种柔性摩擦纳米传感器及基于柔性触觉感知的智能方向盘,柔性摩擦纳米传感器包括自上而下设置的黏附层、微结构层、摩擦层、电极层以及下基底层;下基底层为聚二甲基硅氧烷薄膜层,电极层连接固定于下基底层的上部;电极层包括电极模板,电极模板的上端面上设有银纳米结构;摩擦层为耐磨聚酰亚胺材料层,其连接固定于电极模板的上部,且摩擦层的下端面与银纳米结构相接触;微结构层由多个间隔设置的微锥结构排列组成;黏附层为连接固定于微结构层上端面四周边缘处的一圈聚乙烯醇材料层。本发明将触觉感知理念融入方向盘的使用中,通过压力感知和摩擦电效应来判断驾驶员的状态,从而能提供驾驶员触觉引导,辅助驾驶员操作。
