The invention relates to the technical field of production and manufacturing of differential mechanisms, and discloses an electric forklift differential mechanism which comprises a driving rod, the driving rod rotates to drive a driving wheel to rotate, then a transmission wheel and a gear shaft are driven to rotate, and a pinion on the gear shaft drives four planetary gears to rotate. Power is transmitted to a driving shell through pin shafts of four planetary gears, three-stage speed reduction is completed, the driving shell drives a differential shell to rotate when rotating, a first driving wheel and a second driving wheel in the differential shell rotate on a bearing, and a first driven wheel and a second driven wheel which are meshed with the first driving wheel and the second driving wheel rotate; the differential mechanism is simple in structure and compact in design, the problem that an existing differential mechanism is too large in occupied space size is solved, and the effect that the occupied space is reduced while the transmission ratio is not changed is achieved.

    本发明涉及差速器的生产与制造技术领域,且公开了一种电动叉车差速器,包括驱动杆,所述驱动杆旋转带动驱动轮进行旋转,继而带动传动轮和齿轮轴进行转动,使齿轮轴上的小齿轮带动四个行星齿轮转动,把动力通过四个行星齿轮的销轴传输到驱动壳上,完成三级减速,驱动壳转动时带动差速器壳体进行转动,并使差速器壳体内部的第一主动轮和第二主动轮在轴承上旋转,使其啮合的第一从动轮和第二从动轮进行转动,最终带动左半轴和右半轴进行旋转,实现差速的功能,本发明结构简单,设计紧凑,解决了现有的差速器占用空间尺寸过大的问题,具有减少占用空间的同时也不改变传动比的效果。
