The invention discloses a steel box girder hoisting and temporary pier multi-point positioning auxiliary device and method, and relates to the technical field of bridge construction. A supporting inclined plate is arranged at the upper end of an adjusting support; a guide base plate is slidably installed on the supporting inclined plate in a guiding mode, and a set of guide bottom frames are fixedly installed on the back side face of the guide base plate. A set of middle fixing plates are fixedly installed in the middle of the back side face of the guide base plate and fixedly connected with guide rods. A plurality of guide roller battens are embedded in the upper side face of the guide base plate, and a plurality of movable rollers are arranged on the upper sides of the guide roller battens. The edge position supporting mechanisms are arranged at the two side ends of the I-shaped steel of the temporary support, the adjusting support is installed in the middle of the supporting mechanisms, the guide base plate which obliquely moves in a directional mode is installed on the adjusting support, and contact limiting is conducted on the continuously-descending steel box girder through the movable rollers on the guide roller battens; the swing amplitude of the steel box girder is reduced in the descending and butt-joint process of the steel box girder, and the placing and butt-joint stability of the steel box girder is improved.

    本发明公开了一种钢箱梁吊装与临时墩多点定位辅助装置及辅助方法,涉及桥梁施工技术领域。本发明中:调节支架上端设置支撑斜板;支撑斜板上导向滑动安装有导向基板,导向基板背侧面固定安装有一组导向底架;导向基板背侧面的中间位置固定安装有一组中间固定板,中间固定板固定连接有导向杆;导向基板上侧面嵌入安装有若干导向滚子条板,导向滚子条板上侧设有若干活动滚子。本发明通过在临时支架的工字钢两侧端配置边位支撑机构,在支撑机构中间位置安装调节支架,在调节支架上安装倾斜定向运动的导向基板,通过导向滚子条板上的活动滚子对不断下降的钢箱梁进行接触限位,在钢箱梁下降对接过程中降低其摆动幅度,提高钢箱梁放置、对接的稳定性。
