The invention discloses an electrically-driven cooling system for a hybrid tractor and a control method thereof, the electrically-driven cooling system comprises a cooling liquid circulating pump, the inlet end of the cooling liquid circulating pump is in butt joint with the cooling liquid outlet end of a motor radiator, and the outlet end of the cooling liquid circulating pump is connected with the cooling liquid inlet ends of a power battery, a generator controller and a motor controller; the cooling liquid outlet end of the generator controller is connected with the cooling liquid inlet end of the generator, and the generator controller is used for controlling the rotating speed of the generator, monitoring the working temperature of the generator and sending related working parameters of the generator to the tractor controller; the cooling liquid outlet end of the motor controller is connected with the cooling liquid inlet end of the motor, and the motor controller is used for controlling the rotating speed of the motor, monitoring the working temperature of the motor and sending related working parameters of the motor to the tractor controller; the system can improve the working efficiency and prolong the working life of the electric drive system of the tractor, reduces the failure rate of the electric drive system, and is convenient for daily maintenance.

    本发明公开一种混合动力拖拉机用电驱动冷却系统及其控制方法,包括冷却液循环泵,其进口端与电机散热器的冷却液出口端对接,其出口端分别与动力电池、发电机控制器和电动机控制器的冷却液进口端连接;发电机控制器,其冷却液出口端与发电机的冷却液进口端连接,用于控制发电机的转速和监控发电机的工作温度,并将发电机的相关工作参数发送至拖拉机控制器;电动机控制器,其冷却液出口端与电动机的冷却液进口端连接,用于控制电动机的转速和监控电动机的工作温度,并将电动机的相关工作参数发送至拖拉机控制器;本系统能够提高拖拉机电驱动系统的工作效率和工作寿命,降低电驱动系统的故障率,且便于日常维护。
