The invention discloses a lifting lug type plate spring suspension propulsion angle adjusting mechanism which comprises a vehicle body connecting jaw, a plate spring eye is arranged on the outer side of the vehicle body connecting jaw, and the plate spring eye is connected with a plate spring of a vehicle. A pin shaft mounting hole is formed in the vehicle body connecting jaw, a mounting pin shaft is arranged at the pin shaft mounting hole, two groups of limiting stop blocks are arranged on the vehicle body connecting jaw, and the limiting stop blocks are used for limiting rotation of the mounting pin shaft; the propelling angle is adjusted through the adjusting mechanism, the structure can be matched with a single-side plate spring and can also be matched with a double-side plate spring, the adjusting amount is designed and adjusted according to the vehicle type requirement, the consistency of passenger car products is improved by arranging the universal adjusting mechanism, and therefore the difficulty of manufacturing a passenger car body and parts is reduced, and the efficiency of assembly line work is improved.
