The invention provides a modularized rapid battery replacing device and a vehicle, the modularized rapid battery replacing device comprises a vehicle body locking module and a battery locking module, the vehicle body locking module comprises a fixing pin, and the outer diameter of the tail end of the fixing pin in the axial direction is increased to form a fixing head; the battery locking module comprises a base, an elastic locking jacket and a locking driving shaft, the elastic locking jacket is mounted at the upper part of a through cavity of the base, and the locking driving shaft is mounted at the lower part of the through cavity in a sliding manner; the elastic locking clamping sleeve is provided with a first locking cavity and a clamping sleeve side wall capable of changing the inner diameter of the first locking cavity in a telescopic mode. The locking driving shaft is provided with a second locking cavity and a locking structure for extruding the side wall of the jacket to shrink; a limiting structure used for locking the position of the locking driving shaft is arranged between the locking driving shaft and the base. According to the invention, a locking structure in which the elastic locking jacket is matched with the fixing pin is adopted, so that the contact and matching area is increased, the structure is not easy to damage, and the reliability of connection between the power battery and the vehicle body is improved.

    本发明提供了一种模块化快速换电装置和车辆,模块化快速换电装置包括车身锁紧模块和电池锁紧模块,车身锁紧模块包括固定销,固定销沿轴向的末端外径增大构成固定头;电池锁紧模块包括基座、弹性锁止夹套以及锁止驱动轴,弹性锁止夹套安装于基座通腔的上部,锁止驱动轴滑动安装于通腔的下部;弹性锁止夹套具有第一锁止腔以及能够伸缩改变第一锁止腔内径的夹套侧壁;锁止驱动轴具有第二锁止腔以及用于挤压夹套侧壁收缩的锁止结构;锁止驱动轴与基座之间设有用于锁定锁止驱动轴位置的限位结构。本发明中,采用弹性锁止夹套与固定销配合的锁止结构,增加了接触及配合面积,结构不易破坏,提高了动力电池与车身之间连接的可靠性。
