The invention discloses a manufacturing method of a tubeless multi-piece wheel rim for an off-highway automobile, which comprises the following steps: (1) raw materials for manufacturing the rim are sequentially subjected to smelting, refining, calcium treatment, heating, rough rolling, finish rolling and cooling operations to obtain a primary piece, and the treatment parameters are as follows: the calcium treatment feeding rate is 200-250m/min, the heating temperature is 800-1000 DEG C, and the cooling time is 2-3 hours; the finishing temperature of rough rolling is controlled to be 1000-1050 DEG C, the finishing temperature of finish rolling is 700-780 DEG C, and the cooling speed is 250-280 DEG C/s; (2) the primary part obtained in the step (1) is subjected to edge rolling, flattening, butt welding, slag planing and rolling operation, and a secondary part is obtained; (3) carrying out cutting, flaring and roll forming operation on the secondary part to obtain a tertiary part, and (4) carrying out expanding and shaping operation on the tertiary part to obtain a finished part. The material strength is high, the steps are simple, the tire can be prevented from falling off under the off-highway and other heavy-load use conditions through the two wheel flanges, and the safety performance is improved.
本发明公开了一种非公路汽车用无内胎多件式车轮轮辋制造方法,包括如下步骤:(1)将制作轮辋的原材料依次经过冶炼、精炼、钙处理、加热、粗轧、精轧和冷却操作,得到一次件,处理参数如下:钙处理喂入速率为200‑250m/min,加热温度为800‑1000℃,粗轧结束温度控制在1000‑1050℃,精轧结束温度在700‑780℃,冷却速度为250‑280℃/s;(2)对步骤1得到的一次件进行卷圆、压平、对焊、刨渣和滚压操作,得到二次件;(3)对二次件进行切口、扩口和滚型操作,得到三次件,(4)对三次件进行扩涨定型操作,得到成品件。本发明材料强度高,步骤简单,利用两个轮缘在非公路等大负荷使用情况下可以防止轮胎脱落,提高安全性能。
