The invention discloses an offshore wind power transmission method utilizing an energy storage battery. The method comprises the following specific steps that S1, the output power Pw (t) of an offshore wind turbine generator is calculated according to the predicted wind speed; s2, charging the energy storage battery with wind power according to the charge state of the energy storage battery; and S3, according to the ship transportation cost, the batteries are conveyed to the battery swapping station through the ship, by means of the offshore wind power conveying method utilizing the energy storage batteries, the energy storage batteries are directly charged through the offshore wind power, the batteries are conveyed to the battery swapping station through the ship, the problem that the offshore wind power is difficult to convey to the land is effectively solved, and the transportation efficiency is improved. And the problems of high maintenance cost, difficult construction and the like of cross-sea-area transmission are avoided.

    本发明公开了一种利用储能电池的海上风电输送方法,具体步骤如下:步骤S1:根据预测风速计算海上风电机组输出功率Pw(t);步骤S2:根据储能电池的荷电状态,用风电对储能电池充电;步骤S3:根据轮船运输成本,利用船舶将电池输送到换电站,采用上述一种利用储能电池的海上风电输送方法,利用海上风电直接给储能电池充电,并用轮船运输电池到换电站,有效地解决了海上风电运输至陆地困难的问题,避免了跨海域传输维护成本高、建设困难等难题。
