The invention discloses a road traffic system based on a 5G communication system, which comprises a vehicle access end, a road network 5G communication end and a traffic management end, and is characterized in that the vehicle access end is used for acquiring vehicle data in a vehicle and accessing the road traffic system; the road network 5G communication terminal is used for establishing road network 5G communication connection between a vehicle access terminal in vehicles running on a road section to which the road network 5G communication terminal belongs and the traffic management terminal, and the traffic management terminal is used for analyzing driving behavior habits of vehicles accessed to a road traffic system on the road section and guiding and controlling the vehicles with improper driving habits. The road network 5G communication end is in communication network connection with the vehicle access end and the traffic management end, and the vehicle access end comprises a matching channel module, a vehicle speed data acquisition module, a steering data acquisition module and a vehicle distance data acquisition module.
