The invention discloses an expressway short-time headstock prediction method based on trajectory data, and belongs to the technical field of headstock prediction, and the method specifically comprises the steps: 1, collecting expressway vehicle trajectory data, and carrying out the normalization processing; 2, converting the normalized time sequence data of the vehicle i into a polar coordinate system time sequence by using a coordinate change method; 3, performing trigonometric function transformation of angle sum/difference; step 4, inputting a two-dimensional image of the distance between vehicles, which is obtained through conversion by using the GADF, into the GAN-LSTM model, and outputting a predicted value of the distance between vehicles; according to the method, the interval time sequence is extracted based on the vehicle trajectory data, and the interval between the vehicles on the expressway is predicted by using the GAF-GAN-LSTM model, so that the position distribution characteristics of the vehicles on the expressway in the future time period are obtained, and support is provided for traffic state prediction, vehicle guidance and intelligent management and control of the expressway.

    本发明公开了一种基于轨迹数据的快速路短时车头间距预测方法,属于车头间距预测技术领域,具体方法包括:步骤一:采集快速路车辆轨迹数据,并进行归一化处理;步骤二:利用坐标变化方法,将归一化后的车辆i时序数据转化为极坐标系时间序列;步骤三:进行角度和/差的三角函数变换;步骤四:将利用格拉姆差角场GADF转化得到的车头间距二维图像,输入到GAN—LSTM模型,输出车头间距预测值;通过基于车辆轨迹数据提取车头间距时间序列,并利用GAF‑GAN‑LSTM模型对快速路车辆间的车头间距进行预测,从而获取未来时段快速路上车辆的位置分布特征,进而为快速路的交通状态预测、车辆引导、智能管控提供支持。
