The invention relates to an automobile central control screen adjusting mechanism which comprises a sliding rail support, a translational motion support plate, a horizontal driving motor assembly and a rotary driving motor assembly, the translational motion support plate is installed on the sliding rail support in a translational motion mode, and the horizontal driving motor assembly is installed on the sliding rail support and provided with a first lead screw extending in the longitudinal direction. The first lead screw is connected with the translation support plate so as to drive the translation support plate to move in the longitudinal direction through the horizontal driving motor assembly, the rotary driving motor assembly is installed on the translation support plate and provided with a second lead screw capable of translating and swinging, and the second lead screw is connected with the screen so as to drive the screen to rotate in the vertical direction through the rotary driving motor assembly. According to the automobile center control screen adjusting mechanism, the horizontal driving motor assembly drives the screen to move in the longitudinal direction through the first lead screw so as to achieve adjustment when seats of drivers/passengers with different heights move front and back, and the rotary driving motor assembly drives the screen to rotate in the vertical direction through the second lead screw so as to achieve switching of the view angles of a main driver and an auxiliary driver.
