In the whole process, a worker can remotely control the crane to move, when materials are thrown, after the weight of a hoisted material bag is smaller than a set numerical value, a vibration motor drives a cam to do reciprocating motion, during the period, a lifting hook repeatedly does slow-rising and fast-falling motion, the material bag continuously vibrates, the repose angle of powder is damaged, and the powder continuously falls down; the operation danger caused by manual shaking of the crane and the risk that powder drifts away and is sucked in are avoided, and the safety is improved.

    本发明涉及轮胎生产技术领域,提供一种粉体物料行吊投料装置,其包括箱体;安装于箱体内部的、绕置有钢丝绳的卷筒;安装于箱体上的振动电机;与振动电机输出端连接的凸轮;凸轮的转动可带动滑杆沿钢丝绳的垂直方向作往复运动,使钢丝绳连续完成撑开角度后恢复原状的交替动作,从而实现挂载物料的振动投料。整个过程中,工人可在远处控制行吊运动,投放物料时当吊起的物料袋的重量小于设定的数值后,振动电机带动凸轮做往复运动,期间吊钩重复做慢升速降的运动,物料袋不停振动,粉体的休止角被破坏,粉体不停落下,避免了工人人工晃动行吊带来的操作危险与粉体飘散被吸入的风险,提高了安全性。
