The invention relates to a binary system big data coding conversion application platform comprising a data detection device connected with an engine of a vehicle and used for determining the starting state of the vehicle in each time interval of each day based on the operation state of the engine; the content conversion device is used for marking the operation mark corresponding to the time interval in the starting state as 1 and marking the operation mark corresponding to the time interval in the closing state as 0; and the preheating execution equipment is used for executing the preheating treatment action for the engine in the latest time interval before the first time interval corresponding to the starting state in all the time intervals corresponding to the identification date. According to the method and the device, the binary coded data of the vehicle using time of the current day can be predicted according to the binary coded data of the vehicle using time of each day of the passing date of the vehicle, so that the vehicle on the current day is preheated in advance, and the preheating waiting time of a driver is effectively shortened.

    本发明涉及一种二进制大数据编码转换应用平台,包括:数据检测器件,与车辆的发动机连接,用于基于发动机的运行状态确定车辆每一天的各个时间区间的启动状态;内容转换器件,用于将处于启动状态的时间区间对应的运行标记记为1,将处于关闭状态的时间区间对应的运行标记记为0;预热执行设备,用于将车辆在鉴定日期对应的各个时间区间中对应启动状态的第一个时间区间之前的最近的时间区间内执行针对发动机的预热处理动作。通过本发明,能够根据车辆过往日期的各天的用车时间的二进制编码数据预测当天车辆的用车时间的二进制编码数据以实现对当天车辆的提前预热处理,从而有效缩短了驾驶员的预热等待时长。
